He adapted the training to meet the individual needs of our students, ensuring that everyone could participate and benefit from the sessions. His ability to connect with young people was exceptional, and the students were fully engaged throughout. They genuinely enjoyed the training and came away feeling more confident and enthusiastic about first aid. The staff also found the training informative, practical, and delivered in a way that kept everyone involved. Chris created a positive learning environment where questions were encouraged and everyone felt comfortable taking part. Chris took time to understand our setting and what we wanted from the training and was more than willing to tailor the delivery to suit our learners. A thoroughly positive experience for both students and staff. We look forward to working with him again in the future."
