About the Founder Chris Hawkins
Everything we do is rooted in first-hand experience.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked at the sharp end of medical and safety - from frontline Prehospital emergency care and air ambulance critical care, to managing medical teams and safeguarding operations at some of the UK’s highest-profile motorsport and live events. I’ve led medical and circuit safety teams at Silverstone Circuits Ltd, serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and CQC Registered Manager, and supported organisations through inspections, strategic advisory groups, licensing, risk assessments and real-world emergencies.
Today, I act as Senior Safeguarding Event Manager and Safeguarding Officer for two major music and sporting venues in the North of England. I maintain my paramedic registration through regular clinical work, primarily in live event and motorsport settings as well as being a NEBOSH qualified Consultant Safety Advisor and Safety holding the Level 4 spectator safety diploma and Level 5 crowd management, ShowStop manager and CCTV operator qualifications.
My approach is grounded in real-world experience. I focus on what works in practice, not just what looks good on paper. Whether it’s a fast-moving show day or a licensing meeting, I bring a calm, professional, steady presence that helps teams stay focused, meet their responsibilities and keep people safe.
